Film side-on to the movement, keep the whole body in frame, use good even lighting, and keep only one athlete in view. The app guides camera placement for each movement.
Measured = the camera measured it and it counts toward your score. Estimate = an approximation shown for context, never scored. Screening = a "look for this" flag (never a diagnosis). We tell you when a single phone camera can't measure something precisely.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the App Store app → your account → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel. You can restore purchases anytime from CoachMe → Settings → Restore purchases.
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, athletes, analyses, and videos. You can also email us to request deletion.
Yes. Training videos are stored privately in your account, accessible only through short-lived signed links, and are never used to track you. See our Privacy Policy.
